The One Club for Creativity’s “We Are One” project invites individuals who usually lend their creative talents for commercial purposes to instead rally around pushing pushing back against hate to create images for their social media channels and digital billboards across the U.S. In a time where there is an increase in Asian American hate crimes it was very important for me to show solidarity. The first set of Instagram ads is an abstract representation of people of all races showing solidarity for the Asian American community. The second set emphasizes resilience, and when we have unity among our communities we uplift each other, are unstoppable, and unafraid.
